Purpose of the Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will collaborate with our dynamic Aberdeen team, leveraging your excellent customer service skills while developing expertise in client management and recruitment. Whether you’re starting your recruitment career or have up to a year of experience as a Trainee or Resourcer, this role offers the opportunity to grow in a thriving environment. Area(s) of Responsibility: Write and post engaging job advertisements. Screen CVs and match candidates to vacancies. Conduct candidate interviews and manage ongoing communication to enhance their experience with TEXO Recruitment. Duties and Responsibilities Write eye catching job advertisements that accurately reflect the position requirements. Utilise online platforms, social media, and industry-specific channels for job postings. Handle incoming calls from potential candidates, providing information about job opportunities and application processes. Match available candidates to current job openings based on skills and qualifications and discuss this with the recruitment team. Initiate contact with potential candidates, conduct preliminary screenings, and discuss job opportunities. Oversee the registration process for new candidates, ensuring all required information is collected and documented accurately. Conduct phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles and register on our internal database. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience in a target-driven sales environment (desired). Proven customer-facing experience. Previous experience in a recruitment agency setting (preferred). Outgoing and ambitious personality, with a desire to excel in recruitment. Career Development The successful candidate will undertake REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) training, achieving a recognized qualification within the first 12 months of employment, ensuring a strong foundation for a successful recruitment career.
