We’re on the hunt for a proactive and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team. Scope of the role:

  • Diary & Schedule Management – Orchestrating the Managing Director’s intricate schedule across multiple businesses, anticipating potential conflicts, and resolving them before they arise.
  • Travel Coordination – Planning and managing national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and last-minute itinerary changes.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management – Acting as a key liaison, ensuring smooth interactions between the Head office, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination – Organising executive meetings, arranging catering, and overseeing logistics for company events.
  • Document & Office Administration – Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence while keeping the London office running like clockwork.
  • Event Planning – Playing a vital role in corporate event organisation across London and Alderley Park, ensuring all logistics and details are flawlessly executed.
  • Cross-Functional Support – Assisting HR and other Executive Assistants within the Group with recruitment, onboarding, and wider business initiatives.
