About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and skilled Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our team in Harworth. Drop and Swops, no Handball.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Class 1 HGV vehicles (articulated lorries) for trunking and general haulage tasks.
- Safely load and unload goods, including securely strapping all freight down.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with regulations.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as well as one weekend shift.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 HGV License.
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- Experience with trunking and general haulage preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of UK road networks.
- Ability to work weekends as part of your shift pattern.
- Professional attitude and strong commitment to safety.
- No more than 6 minor driving licence endorsements.
- All applicants must have held their Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years and actively been driving Class 1 vehicles for the past 60 days.
