About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team at Onetrace. This role will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and business growth through strategic and data-driven digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Commercial & Strategy and cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple channels and markets to maximise ROI and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to growth experimentation, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. They will also collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and continuous refinement of digital marketing efforts in line with business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial & Strategy and cross-functionally with other teams to align digital marketing strategies and ensure overall business growth
- Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive acquisition while managing budgets for maximum ROI and CAC efficiency
- Design and run growth experiments, including A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, to identify scalable strategies and double down on what works
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance, and provide real-time insights on ad effectiveness, messaging impact, and ROI to the sales, product, and leadership teams
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualise key metrics and track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Continuously assess and refine growth marketing strategies based on performance data, audience behaviour, and emerging trends to drive sustained growth
What we’re looking for
Essential- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Analyst or a similar role in a fast-paced startup
- Experience launching and managing campaigns across multiple markets and segments simultaneously
- You have the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ongoing changes within the industry
- Skilled in managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), with strong understanding of bidding strategies, segmentation, and campaign structure
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing to improve ad creative, landing page performance, and conversion rates
- You have an analytical mindset and a love for diving into data
- Proficient in interpreting customer journey performance to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions, leveraging SQL and data visualisation tools
- Can confidently use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and measure ROI, CAC, and other key growth metrics
- Experienced in managing large budgets efficiently to drive customer acquisition while maximising ROI
- Organised and results-driven, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high performance and attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
