We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join our AM shift team in Bromborough!
Shift pattern: 5 out of 6 days 07:00am to 15:30pm
Voluntary overtime at premium pay rate.
Your job as a Production Operative will be to process and pack product in line with customer specification and deadlines, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Packing the raw material according to the specifications, packing the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stacking onto pallets, and changing the specifications at changeovers.
- Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing.
- Ensuring the site's intentions to produce safe, legal and authentic products are maintained.
- Reporting faults, so they can be put right quickly, to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Maintaining factory cleaning standards and encouraging others to do the same.
- Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics.
- Always following GMP.

Previous experience working in a Food Production Environment will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided.
