The Site Training Lead is responsible for ensuring that the site is compliant with both on-the-job and off-the-job training requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with legal Health & Safety (H&S) and Technical training matrices. Additionally, the role involves driving compliance with online learning and maintaining audit readiness and success. The Site Training Lead is also responsible for ensuring that new starters are effectively welcomed and inducted into the business.
