We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our store team in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire! This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring your team to deliver the best store standards for our customers. You will also:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
- Support the management of your team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPIs
