If you are an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer, a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading manufacturing plant in West Sussex is now available. As the Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer you will be working in a fully automated state-of-the-art plant, with plans to invest to further upgrade the equipment.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be offered a tailored training programme and have ample opportunity to progress both at this site and across the whole group. The successful maintenance engineer should have previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, conducting both planned and reactive maintenance of the factory machinery.

Skills required for the Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer:

  • Electrical skills, i.e. Motors, Sensors, Relays, Drives and PLC (fault finding and basic modifications), Belts, Chains, Gearboxes
  • Must hold an Electrical qualification
  • Open to the background of the engineer - Ex Forces, Manufacturing, Recycling, Brick, FMCG, REME, Navy, Ex Military
  • Must be happy to work a Monday-Thursday Permanent nights shift
