Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive workplace. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and staff alike, offering expert guidance across all areas of HR while driving key people initiatives that support our organisational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day HR advice to senior leaders, managers, and staff
  • Coach and support managers in applying HR policies and navigating complex employee matters
  • Lead on key initiatives across the employee lifecycle – from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management, reward, and talent development
  • Support and manage complex employee relations cases, including performance and attendance issues
  • Use data insights from employee relations and workforce trends to shape and improve people practices
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and help attract the best talent
  • Champion our culture through health & wellbeing, EDI, and engagement initiatives
  • Review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
  • Support the development and progression of the wider People Team
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and organisational change initiatives
  • Work closely with the Head of People on strategic HR programmes and rollouts

What You’ll Bring:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Solid understanding of employment law and confident applying it in practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to juggle priorities and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • A proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using HR systems and data to inform decisions
  • Experience managing or supporting HR projects and change initiatives
  • Comfortable interpreting and using people data and metrics
