I am currently recruiting for a Part Time (3 days a week) HR Advisor on a temporary/contract basis for my client in Preston. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be the go-to person for day-to-day HR matters, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Key focuses will include:
- Employee Relations: Advise and support managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management).
- HR Policies & Procedures: Ensure HR policies are up to date and legally compliant; support communication and embedding of policies.
- Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes, from job adverts to onboarding.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HRIS data entry, contract creation, and report generation.
- Compliance: Support right-to-work checks, GDPR compliance, and other legal obligations.
