The Role:
You should enjoy consultative sales, building long-term relationships and offering tailored solutions to your clients. Your focus will be on maximizing sales revenue within an established customer base through telesales and marketing campaigns.
This is a role that sees you on the phone a lot! You'll be making 80+ outbound calls daily, promoting all contact points to minimize customer turnover. Additionally, you will actively sell new products during calls, work to reactivate non-buying accounts, and ensure existing customers remain engaged.
