The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team on a 3-month FTC. You’ll be the trusted contact for our customers when they need support – helping them with everything from broadband installations to resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across email, social, chat and phone channels
  • Take ownership of queries from start to resolution – including complaints
  • Book installations and clearly explain the process to customers
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and ideas
  • Keep internal systems and knowledge bases up to date
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer care
  • Deliver a great experience for every customer – every time!

  • Experience in B2C customer service (contact centre, retail, or similar)
  • Empathetic, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people
  • Confident in handling complaints and seeing them through to resolution

  • Proactive and able to take initiative when challenges arise
