SEEN Group Values: • Creativity • Inclusivity • Positivity • Excellence Role Overview: As SEEN Works Event Producer, you’ll be involved with the planning, coordination, and delivery of the department’s brand experience projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that creative brand exeperiences are produced efficiently and in-line with SEEN Group’s standard of excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Leading event project management for projects with budgets up to £150k. Creating, managing and reconciling budgets for Brand Experience. Overseeing all aspects of event production (internal & external) including fabrication, graphics, AV, venue management, catering, health and safety, branding, merchandise and guest experience. Lead client contact day to day with clients and build relationships. Managing junior production team members and freelancers as required. Creating and managing project timelines, schedules and other project management documention required per project. Manage timelines to ensure project deadlines are met. Quality control, risk management and creative problem solving Supplier relationships Specialist Skill Set: Showcase experience leading creative event projects from brief through to completion. Showcase creative thinking working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to fruition Be abreast of industry trends and creative executions within the event and beauty industries to ensure concepts stand out creatively and are executed flawlessly. Brief external suppliers (3D design, Fabrication, AV, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Glam, Operations, Agents etc) in collaboration with creative teams. Work with the Strategy, Creative and Account Management teams to ensure activations meet client objectives and KPIs. Creative problem solver identifies solutions to challenges Be highly researched and informed on new ways to communicate creative vision so we continually serve our client and teams inspiration Manage health and safety responsibilities to ensure risks are adequately addressed and work with Group General Counsel to ensure relevant insurance protocols are in place. Contribute to internal and special projects as required.
