Interim Finance Business Partner

Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will deliver an expert, professional, and quality finance business partnering service across Citizens Advice on finance, planning, funder reporting, and budgetary matters. You will be responsible for supporting and challenging budget holders and management teams across Citizens Advice by providing a responsive and flexible service that is business-focused and supports the delivery of organisational and service priorities.

Essential Criteria

Please provide details in your cover letter to evidence the following essential criteria:

• Ability to deliver a high-level professional business service in a Finance role involving provision of advice, support, and challenge to managers and staff in a complex organisation.
• Experience of dealing effectively with donor funding audits or statutory audits.
• Understanding of project costing principles, such as activity-based costing, and value for money, and an ability to communicate these to internal stakeholders.
