An exciting opportunity to join a very high-end Jewellery company based in West London is available for an experienced Quality Control Specialist. The Quality Control Team plays a crucial role in the operational business by overseeing daily quality-focused tasks, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards and the company requirements.
As a Quality Control Specialist, the main mission will be to leverage your technical product expertise to control products, understand the company's essential DNA and share feedback for improvements. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a progressive business environment. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of Quality.
Must be capable of interpreting data and recommending actionable insights and have the ability to plan, organise and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Will also be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Main Duties:- Manage the daily Quality Control tasks and flow, from workshop deliveries, customer returns, repairs, special orders.
- Support in the development and implementation of the Quality Control procedures.
- Identify and communicate on Quality issues in order to take corrective actions.
- Analyse data to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide feedback to the teams.
- Update and maintain Quality Reports and logs to monitor Quality metrics, actively seeking opportunities and improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
It will be an added advantage to be GIA Diamond/Gemstone Qualified and it's a must to have a background in Jewellery or high-end retail. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. You will be adaptable and have a willingness and openness to adapt to client needs and challenges as they arise. Excellent communication skills and a passion for the Jewellery business are essential.
