Job Scope and Main Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly, first-class customer service to wholesale customers in North Europe via phone, email, and B2B platform communication.
Areas of Responsibilities and Activities:
- Assist Benelux wholesale customers primarily in Dutch (80%) and French (20%), occasionally supporting other regions;
- Handle inbound inquiries across categories (frames, apparel, others) via phone and email; proactively offer alternatives if requests cannot be fulfilled;
- Conduct outbound campaigns about product info, events, stock updates, and service initiatives;
- Support customers with navigating the B2B platform and aftersales processes;
- Maintain high proactive service standards, ensuring each customer feels valued;
- Collaborate with team members and other departments efficiently;
- Stay updated on product releases and company communications;
- Exceed customer expectations and contribute to department KPIs;
- Continuously develop product and customer knowledge.
Technical Skills – Portrait of a Perfect Candidate:
- Strong customer service skills: active listening, problem-solving, compassion, ownership;
- Effective communication skills across platforms;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and website navigation;
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, Genesys Cloud (preferable);
- Professional attitude, excellent telephone and written skills;
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, eager to learn;
- Comfortable working remotely;
- Team player, contributing actively to discussions;
- Uphold EssilorLuxottica culture and brand values.
Languages:
- High level of Dutch and French, fluent or high level of English.
