We are seeking an experienced Day-to-Day Manager to collaborate with and support a high-profile artist, who is managed by one of Three Six Zero’s partner organizations. This role will partner with the artist's manager to oversee business affairs and creative endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working closely with talent in a professional capacity within the music industry. Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be based locally in London as in-person work is required.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Collaborate with artists to develop long-term career goals and strategies
  • International calendar management across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, sorting visas, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate or exchange information: record labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, accountants, business managers, etc.
  • Coordinate with publicists, marketing teams, and other professionals to enhance the artist's visibility
  • Efficient daily communication and information flow between all relevant parties, most importantly with the artist, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for the artist's growth and exposure in the industry
  • Accompany the artist on Radio & TV promo, TV shoots, ad campaign activity, high-profile events and ensuring external parties abide by contractual agreement
  • Coordinating the artist’s daily schedule including: logistics and contracts for live performance, endorsements, campaigns, album releases, recording and promo schedules
  • Monitoring the client’s social media presence and fan interaction- make recommendations and execute on content creation
  • Manage rollout strategies for digital activations including single/album launches, tour announcements, brand collaborations, and livestreams
  • Securing creative and commercial opportunities for the artist
  • Touring including routing and scheduling both alone and/or with an external tour manager
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in day-to-day management with similar acts
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with artists/talent in a previous position
  • Experience working with artists similar to our client is a major plus
  • Ability to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • In addition to the usual hours you will be required to take calls and respond to emails outside of office hours so flexibility is key
  • A strong digital skillset - knowledge of live streaming, socials content & channel management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheets
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Must be local to London
  • Hybrid schedule which includes 3-4 days in the office per week
  • Willingness to travel
