We are recruiting into several roles to help us deliver Estates work across our various sites and we are now looking for Estate Projects Coordinators to join us – we have 4 opportunities based at our museums in London, Manchester and York. About the role
Engaging and driving an efficient Estates service with great customer service, you will co-ordinate effective financial and administrative management within a busy department. Overall, this will ensure that our Estate operations aligns with best practice, meet the expectations of stakeholders and satisfy all relevant legislation and guidance
This will include supporting the Estates Manager in overseeing all contractor documentation and compliance including RAMS, procurement paperwork, contracts, permits, work orders, and job sheets. This will also involve conducting risk assessments, and management reporting of the museum\’s defect reporting system ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner.
About you
As Estate Projects Coordinator, you will provide a smooth and efficient interface between Estates and any projects affecting Estates across the museum site. You will utilise your great communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with a variety of stakeholders, that include staff, volunteers, contractors, and consultants.
With sound administration and organisation skills, you also have the ability to manage financial processes, ordering systems and spreadsheets. Your attention to detail remains sharp whilst you multi-task and prioritise a diverse workload.
