Your Matchday Mission:
- Lead a high-performing brigade of 4 across multiple retail kitchens on matchdays and event days
- Drive food quality, speed, and consistency under pressure - no two events are the same
- Develop exciting, crowd-pleasing menus with a street food edge and stadium vibe
- Train, mentor and energise kitchen teams to deliver Levy magic with every dish
- Work closely with operations and culinary teams to hit targets without compromising flavour

- A passionate, people-focused Head Chef (or ambitious Sous Chef ready for the step up)
- Proven experience running high-volume, fast-paced kitchens - ideally in events, stadiums, or large-scale hospitality

- Strong leadership and team-building skills - cool under pressure, calm in the chaos
