The Plume of Feathers is a charming and historic pub located in the heart of Barlaston, Staffordshire. Known for its warm atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming destination for locals and visitors alike. The team is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
We are looking for an experienced operator who is passionate about quality food and drinks; your enthusiasm will be contagious. You will be someone who can think outside of the box and capitalise on every aspect of this beautiful pub business. The Plume of Feathers needs an operator with strong leadership skills who can drive sales and provide superb service. You will also have the savvy financial skills and business acumen to maximise all opportunities.
Excellent hosting skills are crucial, as this is a busy village local and destination pub. Guests migrate here to make memories and catch up on local gossip. You will be adept at running a busy kitchen and happy to jump in when needed, becoming known for serving exceptional food and drink, with standards that are second to none throughout the pub.
