Solicitor / Legal Executive / Associate – Private Client – Leicester Office Hours: Full Time – 9AM to 5PM (Monday to Friday) Smith Partnership is a leading law firm in the Midlands. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to: Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Dealing with the administration of Estates. Comfortable with the use of Trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees. Experience with Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in the legal field within a reputable firm. What We Are Looking For: A degree in Law or a relevant field. Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs. Previous experience of estates. 2-4 years PQE ideally within Private Client. An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills.
