Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor or CILEX to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to:
- Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Dealing with the administration of Estates.
- Comfortable with the use of Trusts in the mitigation of residential home fees.
- Experience with Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in the legal field within a reputable firm.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs.
- Previous experience of estates.
- 2-4 years PQE ideally within Private Client.
- An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
