What will the role include at Hays London? This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong sales focus. You will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions.
- Working with exclusive, high-profile clients and engaging with influential business leaders across various sectors.
