A leading national and international City law firm is looking for an experienced associate to join their highly rated and respected corporate team.

This role will mostly involve private M&A, private equity, and corporate real estate transactions in a department that is renowned for its expertise in UK-based corporate transactions. You will have the opportunity to lead on these transactions, as well as supervising juniors and acting as the lead client contact.
