What you will be working on:
We are hiring for a Temporary Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. Bringing your experience of working within an insurance organisation, you will be supporting our Finance, Portfolio Underwriting, Risk and Operations functions by managing recruitment processes to ensure there is a diverse and talented pipeline with effective recruitment tools to ensure the best candidates are sourced. In this role you will be involved with all aspects of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing and attraction, interviewing and ensuring the appropriate resourcing methods are in place, whilst providing an excellent candidate experience. You'll be comfortable working across a variety of stakeholders and building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs to deliver effective recruitment solutions, as well as working closely with the wider HR department.
