We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Dealer and Key Account Parts Support team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing back orders
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding back orders
- Providing advice on parts availability and pricing
- Responding to dealer inquiries via ASiST
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Generating and completing back order reports
- Investigating and addressing claims and return requests
- Submitting pricing inquiries
- Placing orders accurately and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with the agricultural industry is advantageous, though not essential
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant software applications
- Collaborative team player, committed to contributing positively to team culture and enhancing the brand image
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to improving dealer satisfaction
