This popular international City firm is looking to hire an ambitious corporate tax lawyer to join their growing team. You will be advising on the tax aspects of complex and high-profile real estate and corporate projects and employment issues, as well as the largest insurance underwriters, brokers, and agents on a wide range of issues.

This includes the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructures, listings, and joint ventures. Other areas of focus include the tax aspects of employee benefits and incentives, customs duties and trade taxation, and tax disputes and investigations. Ideally, you will have strong academics and solid tax experience in private practice, but in-house tax experience is also welcome. Excellent partnership prospects going forward.
