Role Details:

This is a busy spot known for excellent cooking and would be best suited to an experienced creative pastry chef assuming full responsibility for overseeing the pastry section, including menu creation, production, and maintaining quality standards, working in an operation with high standards in a tight-knit friendly team.

About you:

  • A positive and energetic pastry chef would fit really well into the existing kitchen team.
  • Ideal background in pastry and baking.
  • You will be part of a lovely supportive team but also have your own separate pastry kitchen on a different level, so it’s essential for this role that you enjoy working on your own in a bright kitchen with the main kitchen downstairs.
  • Creative and trend-savvy pastry chef with a flair for innovation, specializing in crafting unique baked goods and pastries.
  • Experienced in developing creations such as laminated lemon dough bread and seasonally inspired bakes and pastries.
  • Everything is made fresh in-house.
  • Very high standards and organized.
  • You will be able to work comfortably alone on the pastry but also have the support of a fantastic close-knit and friendly kitchen team.
