Their National Support and Command Centre is based in Merseyside, with regional offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, London, and Belfast. Internationally, they are making their mark with an expanding presence in India.
They are looking for a proactive and organised Software Asset Coordinator to help them get maximum value from the software and platforms they use every day. You will be the go-to person for tracking licenses, monitoring usage, and supporting smarter decisions around software across the Kingdom. You will report to the Head of Compliance and work closely with IT, finance and operational teams to help drive software adoption, avoid unnecessary costs, and ensure they are fully aligned with all licensing agreements. Are you the right person for the job?
- Experience in IT, procurement, compliance or operational support
- A good eye for detail, strong organisational skills and confidence working with data
- Some understanding of licensing models (e.g. SaaS, Microsoft 365) or a strong interest in learning
- A curious mindset, comfortable asking questions, spotting inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements
- An interest in IT governance, systems adoption, or digital operations
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

What will your role look like?
- Keeping our central software register up to date with licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and usage across the Group
- Reviewing how our software is being used across departments. Spotting underused tools, duplicate systems, and cost-saving opportunities
- Working with internal teams to encourage better adoption of existing platforms and tools
- Supporting renewals and procurement with accurate usage data and licensing info
- Helping ensure we stay compliant with licensing agreements and assisting with audit readiness
- Producing clear, practical reports and insights to support smarter software usage and governance
- Supporting the implementation of better tracking tools and asset management processes
- Keeping a close eye on where AI tools are currently being used and exploring opportunities for responsible, value-driven adoption of AI across departments
What can you expect in return?

- 21 days + Official Public Holidays (for salaried staff only)
- CSP (at the discretion of your Line Manager)
- WFH Policy: Business case required for up to 2 days per week, in compliance with our WFH policy
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or adjusted to meet role demands). Flexible hours can be discussed with the Line Manager
