We needa a Quality Control Inspector to join a leading manufacturer in Whitchurch, Hampshire. As a QC Inspector, you will work 39 hours per week with great benefits, including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a company pension, and more. 39 hours (8:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 15:45 Friday; 45 minutes unpaid lunch, 10 minutes tea break each in the morning and afternoon) * Inspecting of goods in and machined parts. * Able to read and work from engineering drawings. * Measurement instruments such as vernier, micrometre, high gauge, and profile projector are used. * Completing FAIRS and ISIRS. * Completing Reject Notes and Concessions We’re on the lookout for an ideal candidate to join our Quality Control team. This person will be responsible for monitoring supplier and in-house manufactured components, conducting measurement and visual inspections, programming automated QC equipment, and documenting inspection reports. The ideal candidate should have experience with handheld inspection equipment, a good understanding of engineering drawings, and familiarity with metric & imperial unit measurement systems.
