We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead and motivate a team of 5 within our care home in Colchester. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients, catering to a diverse range of dietary needs and preferences.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week across various shifts to meet the needs of the service. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to become a significant part of our residents' daily lives, contributing to their well-being through excellent food. You will also work closely with the on-site team to further develop and enhance our catering provision.
