We are looking for a Meetings & Events Sales Manager to join the vibrant and well-established 4 star Hotel in Berkshire. This is a key leadership role, where you'll take full ownership of the meetings and events revenue strategy and lead a team of dedicated co-ordinators to deliver outstanding commercial performance. You'll play a vital role in driving meetings & events sales, ensuring excellent conversion rates, building strong client relationships, and maximising the profitability of every event. The Role of the Meetings & Events Sales Manager:
- Ensure to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profit targets in line with the hotel's budget
- Oversee all incoming Meetings & Events enquiries, ensuring high levels of conversion, client satisfaction, and repeat business
