Are you a seasoned Total Rewards professional with a passion for the retail industry? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our team on a temporary freelance basis at our London Head Office. Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our global retail objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and attractive.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Performance Management: Partner with HR and management to support performance management processes and ensure alignment with reward strategies.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data management for all rewards-related activities.
