What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant, you’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests.

• You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, and flexibility during the day, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and hygienic standards to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
• Occasionally guests have special requests involving set-ups, additional supplies, and celebrations; these requests are fulfilled by our Room Attendants.

The operational hours are shift-based and may change. Specific schedules will be provided.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• Attention to Detail – you notice small things and ensure everything looks clean and tidy.
• Good Communication – you understand instructions and ask questions if you are unsure.
• Time Management – you work efficiently to finish all rooms on time.
• Energetic – you are comfortable with moving around, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the day.
• Teamwork – you work well with other staff and help when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Previous Experience – experience as a room attendant in a 5‑star hotel is a plus.
• Customer Service Skills – you are polite and friendly with guests.
• Organizational Skills – you can keep track of supplies and keep things in the right place.
