We’re hiring a Fractional Finance Consultant to join our network of elite finance professionals supporting VC-backed tech startups (Series A–C). Our clients rely on us as their strategic finance arm—bringing structure, insight, and investor-ready thinking to high-growth companies that aren’t quite ready for a full-time CFO.
What You'll Do:
- Act as an interim/fractional finance lead.
- Build or upgrade finance functions (systems, models, dashboards, processes).
- Analyse unit economics, burn runway, and strategic metrics.
- Help shape fundraising narratives and support investor conversations.
- Collaborate with founders and C-suite to drive insight-based decision making.
What You Bring:
- 2–4+ years in Investment Banking (top-tier boutique or bulge bracket).
- Comfort working directly with founders and investors—you're strategic and clear.
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS/tech models, FP&A, VC, PE, or fractional roles.
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
