Sales Support Administrator

We are recruiting for a sales coordinator to join the wholesale division for this iconic brand in central London on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the sales team by efficiently managing orders, stock, and shipments on a global scale, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Processing orders and returns via ERP systems (Infor M3)
2. Coordinating stock allocation
3. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
4. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
5. Resolving issues while maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in customer-facing roles
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
3. A passion for textiles
4. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
5. Familiarity with fabric knowledge and fluency in a second language are a plus
