A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices has big plans for 2025! With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on major, landmark projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments, and fitouts).
In your role as M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support a Commercial team led by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors, offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses.

Requirements for this M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor position:
- Previous experience working as an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
