My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for a General Manager / Customer Director / Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site circa 300,000 sq ft. Key that you are customer focused and also deliver on ESG, NET Zero, WELL, BREEAM, and SMART buildings, WIRED Score.
You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale and mobilising from practical completion, overseeing commissioning, overseeing tenant fit outs, showing prospective customers around, and leading an on-site team.
Exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site is essential; therefore, an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is required.
As well as management of service partners on site, you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communication are forged, whether written or verbal, in order to operate this flagship site.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners to create a one team ethos; being customer centric is vital to this role.
