We are excited to be recruiting for a Field Sales Representative within the County Of Bristol! This brand is an iconic, popular and well-known high street retailer, with their products belonging in most households!
Monday to Friday role - 9am - 5pm
Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Owning relationships with key existing accounts
- Responsible for successfully onboarding key gains
- The role nurtures client relationships focusing on understanding their business, challenges and goals and maximising value
- Leading the delivery of hands-on solutions to grow and support the retail business with a 360° approach via visual merchandising, social media, education, and eventing ensuring a best-in-class service is provided
- Excellent customer service skills and that real 'people person' quality
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the territory
- Active participation in team and sales meetings and events
Field Sales Representative Experience Needed:
- Proven account management or other relevant field sales experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer need
- Understanding of social media and how to utilise for commercial benefit
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Enthusiastic and hands-on style, with a can-do attitude
- Full UK Driving license
