Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to help guide new users by producing a comprehensive Knowledge Base and interactive training material, empowering them to make the most of the platform from day one!
In this role you’ll:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date product knowledge base and training materials.
- Design clear, structured tutorials that help customers understand key functionalities at their own pace.
- Create engaging content, from how-to videos to walkthroughs and step-by-step guides, that simplify complex workflows.
- Build an interactive training academy ensuring consistent onboarding quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support to align messaging and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor training effectiveness and customer feedback to refine materials and improve learning outcomes over time.
- Gradually expand training materials to cover industry-specific best practices and deeper feature usage.
What we are looking for:
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer onboarding, enablement, training, or related roles.
- Affinity with a TMS and the Transport industry is a big plus!
- Knowledge of or experience with AI programming, prompting, writing content for AI puts you ahead!
- You have a creative mind, enabling you to develop engaging training materials and bundle them into cohesive (self-)learning tracks.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A structured thinker who can simplify complexity and turn feedback into action.
- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Dutch, French or Polish are a plus.
