We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Field Based Assessor to support learners through their Level 2/3 and 4/5 Health & Social Care qualifications. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
What to expect:
- No two days are the same – manage your own diary, balancing remote delivery and in-person observations
- Work with a diverse caseload of learners across Levels 2–5
- Deliver engaging, personalised teaching and support to embed learning in real work environments
- Build strong relationships with employers and learners alike
- Use our digital platform (BUD) to track progress and celebrate success
- Collaborate with Learning Support to meet individual learner needs
What you’ll need:
- Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, etc.)
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent)
- Level 3/5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience delivering high-quality teaching and managing a learner caseload
- Access to a car for travel
