We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Field Based Assessor to support learners through their Level 2/3 and 4/5 Health & Social Care qualifications. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

What to expect:

  • No two days are the same – manage your own diary, balancing remote delivery and in-person observations
  • Work with a diverse caseload of learners across Levels 2–5
  • Deliver engaging, personalised teaching and support to embed learning in real work environments
  • Build strong relationships with employers and learners alike
  • Use our digital platform (BUD) to track progress and celebrate success
  • Collaborate with Learning Support to meet individual learner needs

What you’ll need:

  • Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, etc.)
  • Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent)
  • Level 3/5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience delivering high-quality teaching and managing a learner caseload
  • Access to a car for travel
