Our client specialises in building luxury residential apartments across central London. This role will be based at their flagship, brand new site in North London which will have over 500 apartments, on-site gym, swimming pool, roof top gardens, cinema, co-working lounges, dining rooms and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Concierge role located in north London. The Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing resident queries, handling communication, receptionist duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Concierge services
• Strong communication skill
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality sector is a plus
