We are partnered with an established digital agency with a 20 year reputation for excellence and who are currently looking to expand its in-house design capability. Acting historically as a white-label development partner to numerous marketing agencies (often under NDA), they are now transitioning into a fully integrated, design led agency following a strategic acquisition.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Web Designer to help shape the creative direction of a growing team, working on a wide range of high profile digital projects for major brands.
About the Role
This is not a developer role, but it does require a designer who is comfortable working within WordPress, using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, and Beaver Builder to build out pages and bring high fidelity designs to life.
The successful candidate will work across:
- Website design – from low resolution wireframes to full UI/UX mockups
- Digital banners and online adverts (no print)
- WordPress page building – light development work (no custom coding)
They are now building out a dedicated in-house design team for the first time. While historically reliant on external input or minimal internal design capacity, the company is committed to building a team that will lead creative output going forward.
What we are looking for:
- A digital first designer with a strong portfolio of web, banner, and UI work
- Experience in designing responsive websites, intuitive user journeys, and accessible interfaces
- Hands on experience building pages in WordPress using Elementor, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, or similar
- Comfortable creating low-resolution wireframes and translating them into polished, high-resolution UI/UX designs
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with developers and account managers
- Ideally, experience working in or with agencies, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
This is an opportunity to join an established agency with 20+ years of experience, working with high profile global brands. Offering an opportunity to help shape the design department from the ground up and working in a collaborative and flexible working culture. Your role will have clear progression and an impact within a business undergoing an exciting transformation.
