Your Role:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) team

Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices

Lead and develop a team of AP Associates, fostering a high-performance culture

Ensure all AP functions comply with company policies and financial regulations

Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing issues

Drive process improvements within the AP function

Monitor AP ageing reports and manage supplier communications and escalations.

Apply strong leadership skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Utilise a solid understanding of accounting principles to support financial stability

Handle large volumes of data using Excel – intermediate Excel skills required

What We Need from You.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English

Strong Excel & MS Office skills

Accounts payable & accounting software experience

Understanding of finance transactions

Office-based experience in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, time management & attention to detail

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Team player with strong problem-solving skills

Customer-focused and committed to high standards

Supervisory experience (desirable)
