For the successful Production Line Leader, our client is offering:
- £36,500 - £38,000 per annum D.O.E
- 3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)
- Opportunity for progression
- Permanent role

The role - Production Line Leader:
- Manage a team of staff
- Organise and complete product changeovers
- Support the supervisor to achieve the shifts KPIs and targets
- Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
- Adhere to strict food and hygiene regulations

- Previous team leading experience in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
