Position Overview
Part of Finance, the International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes for 25 countries across Europe, Middle East (EMEA), Canada, and Australia. Our team’s mission is to collaborate with stakeholders to drive favorable business and financial outcomes, leading with our shared values of teamwork, excellence, and integrity while supporting the vision of improving the lives of people with diabetes.
Reporting to the Director, Intl, Commercial FP&A, you will be the Business Partnering lead for our existing International markets. You will work closely with country heads and relevant functions to help drive successful launches and maintain high performance of Omnipod 5 and other future products while managing the legacy products portfolio and end-of-life scenarios.
In this role, you will lead the FP&A team members supporting our different existing markets and drive best practices about launch preparation, resourcing needs, and performance monitoring. You will also be a key partner to Market Access to support an optimal pricing strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the International Consolidation FP&A Manager to provide insights for consolidated reporting to the Corporate and International Leadership team. You will maintain a close relationship with Franchises and their FP&A partners to provide insights on the local International markets.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will consist of, while not being limited to:
- Lead and support FP&A Regional Business Partners to assist country teams and Omnipod 5 launches across our geographies.
- Provide high-quality Revenues and KPI’s Forecast as well as ad hoc scenario analysis.
- Develop expertise across markets by providing and constantly updating deep-dive insights based on business needs and evolution thereof.
- Support Consolidation FP&A International team to provide comments and analysis for Revenues, OpEx, and Headcount for relevant markets.
- Actively assess resource needs or Field Force, discrete investments, and other needs.
- Implement best practices across all markets with immediate focus on Omnipod launch support.
- Assist team members with country-specific reporting set-up and improvements.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate product supply.
- Work closely with Franchises providing input and reviews on Strat Plan, Business Cases, and legacy products End of Life scenarios.
- Partner with Market Access to drive Pricing strategies and review impacts.
- Support new planning tool roll-out SAP-C.
- Build analysis to answer ad-hoc requests.
- Backfill other team members as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems.
- Prior use of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Planning Tools (SAC-P, Hyperion).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Financial planning tool implementation is a strong asset.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Prior people management experience is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably FP&A in a Public company.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate them clearly and visually.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information
- The position can be remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Europe locations. The preferred location is Paris, France. Alternative location: London, UK.
- Travel is estimated at 5% but will flex depending on business need.
