Responsibilities include partnering with the fixed income investment directors and investment teams to develop a strong understanding of investment strategies and market positioning. Acting as the lead expert for fixed income products and investment strategies coverage, working with internal business partners and selectively for client engagement. Driving investment narrative to support the investment directors team in delivering fixed income subject matter expertise at client meetings, conferences, events, and other external engagements. Helping to drive key messages and product positioning to differentiate the firm's fixed income capabilities and solutions across regions. Working closely with Sales and Marketing to facilitate the sales strategy, marketing approach, and client requirements. Contributing to the analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to understand investor requirements and how these impact the firm's fixed income capabilities. Contributing to the overall strategy of the firm's fixed income capabilities, including new product strategy ideas. Enhancing relationships with key internal stakeholders across regions including Europe, Asia, and the US.
Requirements include an undergraduate degree, with CFA or Masters preferred. 10+ years of experience within asset management in an investment specialist/product strategy role. Proven in-depth fixed income knowledge. Excellent presentation skills and communication ability to articulate complex investment strategies.
