My client, a well established forward-thinking Solicitor's firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Salary range is £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling a quality caseload of work allocated by the Conveyancing Manager, conducting Property Law matters on behalf of clients. Ensuring all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs.
  • Undertaking to high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner, ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firm's and clients' documentation and information.
  • Achieving agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firm's business plan.
  • Participating in marketing on a firm-wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and being active in promoting the services of the firm and its image/ethos.

Required qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Exec, Licensed Conveyancer or have the acquired appropriate experience required to perform the role.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Law. It would be desirable to have had experience with a varied caseload of residential property matters, including complex leasehold and shared ownership matters.

Salary and Benefits package:

  • £35,000 - £50,000 base salary dependent on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus scheme.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday.
