BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Social Enterprise to join their client in North Tyneside on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the growth and operational management of the organisation's social enterprises.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Driving growth and sustainability across the organisation's social enterprises.
  • Seek and develop opportunities for income growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Produce and manage budgets.
  • Work with the finance team to track financial performance and forecasting.
  • Oversee day to day operations.
  • Liaise with Health and Safety to mitigate risks.

You will need:

  • Proven experience of managing social enterprises or purpose driven organisations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience of working in fast paced environments.
  • Relevant experience in business management and leadership.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
