About the Role:
We are a growing short-term rental company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and stylish Cleaner Manager to join our team. Based in the vibrant Oval area, this hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning and presentation of multiple Airbnb studio flats
- Restocking essentials (toiletries, linen, etc.) and maintaining supply levels
- Ensuring each unit meets high standards of cleanliness, style, and guest readiness
- Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating small fixes
- Managing your own schedule and improving systems for efficiency and quality
- Taking initiative to improve guest satisfaction through visual and practical touches
Requirements:
- You must live within a 10-minute walk of Oval Underground Station
- Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for presentation
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple units daily
