An international clinical-trials group is hiring a Group Director of Quality & UK Qualified Person to head its global QA function from the company’s southern-England HQ. You’ll certify IMP batches as the resident QP, steer secondary packaging and labelling quality, and front MHRA inspections—while remaining fully office-based.

Beyond the UK site, you’ll provide strategic QA leadership to sister operations in the US and Germany, lend QP expertise to global client audits, and set group-wide standards across GMP, GDP and eQMS projects. In short: run the UK team day-to-day and act as the linchpin for quality oversight across three continents.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary
  • 30% annual bonus
  • Relocation support available
  • 8% employer pension contribution (employee minimum 3%)
  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing with service
  • Life assurance at 4x basic salary
  • Income protection at 75% of salary after 8 weeks
  • Private medical insurance – 50% employer-paid for employee cover

Ideal for a hands-on, strategic QA leader looking to take ownership in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
